At optimalprint we are not satisfied unless you are satisfied. Please contact Customer Service within 14 days from the date you receive your order and we will refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping and processing costs

  • Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Poor quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
  • Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.

Always preview your designs very carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order.
